1979 450SL Fuel Pump Relay Location
 

Hi All,
My 79 450SL has decided not to start. The fuel pump does not energize when the key is initially turned on leading me to suspect its a problem with the fuel pump relay. Problem is I'm unable to find the relay. Some threads state its above the fusebox and some say behind the glovebox - I've checked both and haven't been able to find the fuel pump relay. Plenty of other relays (all 5 pin) but not the six pin fuel pump relay. Does anyone know exactly where it is located on a 79 450SL?

It's above and to the right of the fusebox. The easiest way to identify it is to find the large red/white/black wire that runs from it to the fuel pump.
