Is there a Mercedes part number for the cloth tape...

Is there a Mercedes part number for the cloth tape (just the tape) that protects portions of the door weatherstripping?

My weatherstripping is in OK shape, but the protective tape, in certain spots, is starting to wear thin and get discolored. I'm one of those people who hates to go to the dealer parts counter without the part number for what I want.

Is there such a part as just the cloth tape?
