Just had mine replaced by my indy. It is definitely NOT a DYI job. Very difficult position on back side of engine above transmission. A lift is required.

Cost to me: $175.00 parts + $75.00 labor + Tax = $263.00.

Absolutely. That is how I realized it was bad. The Check Engine light came on. I took it to my indy and he did a fault code check. I think it was ten blinks of the little red light that indicated a failed TDC Sensor.

Why were you willing to pay so much for a Crankshaft Position Sensor that costs $124.00 for a Bosch p/n 0261210055 and one hours worth of labor at then $75.00 for a total of $199.00?

If you trust this Indy I would have second thoughts. He got you for $141.00.
