Bypassing Climate Control 81' 380SL ????
 
Gentlemen,


Wondering if it is possible to just bypass all the climate control gizmos and just run hot water thru the heater core for the winter. No heat at all now. Blower is blowing...just no heat.

Not a DD but heat would be nice when I do drive it. Used to do this on my MGB....just installed a manual control valve in the line.

Same deal as the MG. Put a valve between aux. water pump exit to heater hose going into fiirewall.
