Is it ok to mention other parts houses here or is it frowned upon?
 

I am waiting to hear back from some of the other forum users before I mention any names.

I found a new parts supplier online and although I haven't used them yet, I am thinking of buying a complete weather seal kit for $345.00 bucks!

Look on Ebay for the same kit. You may see it for less.

There is lots of aftermarket junk out there. For important seals that I want to work, I only get them from Mercedes.

No. And I didn't want to offend the moderators and forum creator who put this terrific place together.

So I'm not going to mention the name or the supplier.

I got a private message from another member who recognized the kit I was referring to and they even knew the manufacturer.

He has apparently ordered the kit and I'm waiting to hear back on how it compares to O.E.M. parts from Mercedes for fit and finish.
