wiring diagram for 300DS seats
 

I pulled seats from an 86 126 (nice seats) gasoline clunker to put into my 82 300SD. As I recall my SD has connectors at the seats and I chased the wiring as far as I could at pik-n-pull and did not find connectors so I cut the wiring as far from the front seats as I could.

It's been a while since I had a good close up look at the underside of the seats in the 300SD and I would like to know as much as I can about the newer seats before i start pulling and splicing

any suggestion where to start troubleshooting?
if I had a starting point I could probably figure out the rest

colors are

BUNDLE ONE:
HEAVY GAUGE
red with white bands black stripe
red with white bands white stripe
solid brown

LIGHT GAUGE
red with white trace

BUNDLE TWO

ALL LIGHT GAUGE
brown w green trace
solid black
mauve? like an orange red not orange solid color
brown lighter than the one with the green trace
yellow
purplish with green trace
orange this one is real orange
purple
white
blue
brown with black trace
green
gray
