Leaks... at the top of the windshield...

Please take a look at these photo's and tell me if there is a seal that I need to replace; this is a 1997 SL500 and water leaks with the hard top on (never been in the rain with the soft top to know).

Thanks.

I'll have to take better photo's...

I realize that these are lousy photo's and I'll try to post better ones.

That would be good.
Can you get a shot of the top, but over on the sides, like near the top of the windshield posts?
Is it leaking with the hard top on or the soft top up, or both?
Trying to remember what that looks like on top, I want to say no rubber seal, the seals are on the header of the soft top and header of the hard top and the top of the windshield has no seal.
