Window problem SL320

Well, another problem. My windows are remaining up when I open the doors and now I can't shut them because the windows are not going down a little like they used to. They were rolling down a little when the door opened and then rolling up again. Now I have to roll them down a tad and then roll them back up to shut the doors. Anyone else with this problem> And if so, how do I fix it?

Thanks,

Bonnie

Lower both windows at the same time to the full down position. Then reverse the procedure and raise the windows to their full up position and CONTINUE to hold the switches in the up position for 3 seconds. They should now be synchronized again to drop when the door is opened and closed.

Thanks, I did this until I heard the little click and they worked. Unfortunately, they lost their programming again within a day.

Battery, maybe?

No other programming has gone out but recycled the windows twice more and they seem to be okay after the last recycle. So if first you don't succeed, keep trying!
