560SL Seats Issues, Parts Needed

I have been investigating issues with my seats today. The first issue lies with the seat backrests that will not securely latch in place, i.e. you can move the backrest backwards and forwards without needing to operate the lever. At the end of each cable, next to the securing latch, there is a cast aluminium cable clamp/retainer (2 off/seat.) All four have sheared off their rivets and therefore the securing latch does not spring return, resulting in backrests that do not securely latch into position. To try and fix this issue I drilled out the sheared off rivets and secured with nuts and bolts but when tightening the cast aluminium clamp/retainer it crumbled and is now useless. Anybody out there experienced this issue? Any known fix/replacement parts available?

Second issue lies with the plastic guides in the seat runners. My seats have a black plastic guide on the bottom of the runner (4 off/seat) and a white plastic guide on the top of the runner (4 off/seat.) My passenger seat is missing two of the black lower guides and one of the white upper guides. I am also missing one plastic guide (black) from the rear of the seat track. This is the guide that sits behind the rear seat retainer. Where can I buy these plastic guides from?

All of my plastic "chrome" trims are broken from previous removal attempts and have just been glued in place with mastic. Where is best place to buy replacement trims?

Hope somebody out there can help me source the required parts. I would consider purchase of a pair of scrap seats but would need to be complete.
