129 window rattling

What measures have the 129 owners here taken to stop/reduce the window rattling when you close the doors?

My windows don't rattle, never have. But, a few years back, the plastic studs which hold the door panel on broke, leaving the arm rest unsecured. If that's happened to you, it might rattle. Are you certain it's the glass and not something else? Are you asking about windows up or windows down?

The glass seems to be moving around in the channels when you close the door but maybe the channels where they are attached to the door are loose.
