This project was a real head banger! Anything you read about concerning a starter replacement requires 3+ hours work, a lift or worse. Its not that bad when you know the tricks. Removing the front right wheel and using jack stands helps dramatically. Getting the bottom bolt off is easy but the real challenge was removing the top bolt. If you can see it you can remove it. When I first started in on this it bugged the heck out of me because I could not get to the top bolt. I read where someone actually cut a hole in the floor board to get at it. After looking hard for where I thought it was I decided to look to where I didn't think it was and in doing so I found it. Now mind you, you can't get it loose with a regular socket you need a 20inch extension. And to make matters a bit more interesting you need to use a universal swivel on the end due to the crazy angle. But, its possible and actually easy!
