Try Car-Part.com for your seat belts. It is a nationwide search for used car parts and I have seen some on there before, I need new belts for my car too. Usually $50-$100 each. It is a great source for parts.

I am really striking out on the belts and and retractors. So far the used ones are marginally better than what I have and sitll would not pass tech. Tan or brown is fine.
