Strange connector not connected
Hi again,

Also, when I took the panel off to access the ovp relay this connector was hanging. What is it suppose to be connected to? Attached a photo of it.

That might not be factory, it looks like a Molex brand connector and the tape is plastic where MB typically uses cloth.
