86 560sl Euro bumper conversion?
Does anyone have any experience with changing over the bumpers on a 107 to the euro style slim bumpers... what is involved... are the fitting holes the same... any idea of the cost...
Every time I see one of the early 107's or a Euro model, I become slightly disenchanted with the American SUPER-SIZED Stoss-stangen... Thoughts?

Look great, but.... can be a real problem due to the fact; that SUV's bumpers go right over the euro bumpers into your rear taillights or better yet your front grill. I've replaced three taillights so far. Street parking becomes a BIG PAIN IN THE WALLET. I try to always look for a spot where someone can't park in front of me or behind me, so I don't get it on both ends.
