Replacing lines from fuel distributor to injectors on a 560SL

I'm trying to replace the fuel distributor in my '86 560SL and I'm having an issue removing the steel line that runs to cylinder 7. I'm ready to cut it in half and just replace it, but I cannot find a replacement line to save my life.
Does anyone out there have the part numbers for these lines? I figure if I'm replacing one I may as well replace them all? Are these something I could make myself like brake lines? Any help is appreciated.
