Plaid Cloth Seat Fabric

MY 1983 280 SL has the plaid cloth seats and door panels in a 3 color blue plaid pattern. I get a kick out of the unique euro look and it's connection to the 1950's racing seats in the 300 SLs that used the plaid material.
The fabric is in perfect condition except for the drivers seat bottom.
I have checked around but am not able to find a source who sells the fabric.
Does anyone know a possible source you can point me to who may stock it.
I would like to replace the drivers seat fabric with the original.
I just want to buy the material.

It would be helpful if you would post a photograph since there are many cloths available and we would like to point you in the correct direction. Are you looking for an original 300 SL pattern or something else?

cabrio.de is one place, Pricey but they may sell a small amount. There is another place out of Germany but I forget the name. Also westtrading.nl from the Netherlands. I did not see what you described there, but you could email them and see. They only wholesale so you have to pose as a business, or have an upholster order it for you. I have a home business, it has nothing to do with upholstery, and it was very easy.
I think Its best if you do both seats or get a sample first to see if it is acceptable. New to old is drastically different, unless you have pristine cloth.

Thanks gentlemen, I will photograph the seating material this weekend and post. It is not the 300 sl material exactly. It is similar in style and was the base seating option on European 107's.
I earlier contacted Westtrading and they told me it is NLA. I will search cabrio.de and see what they have.
Bud's Benz also said they no can get.

I think I found it at cabrio.de. Thanks a bunch Chris.
it is 732 blau on their website under - meterage upholstery .
they are sending me a sample.
It's 88 euros per 1.4 sq meters. I want to buy enough to do 2 seat bottoms.
I wonder how much material each seat bottom takes? Very little me thinks?
Only the top of the seat bottom has fabric. The sides of the seat bottom is MB Tex.
I'll measure the seats on sunday.
