450 SLC shorter front springs?

My 1977 450 SLC is running GREAT now, suspension parts replaced and new front HD Bilstein shocks added.

But the gap between wheel and wheel arch is HUGE!!! My other MBs have all been lowered with either AMG or Eibach springs, usually 1.5 inches lower than stock.

I have found the stock 450 SLC front spring # 114-321-07-04 has an extended length of 437.5 mm.

Part number 115-321-30-04 has an extended length of 411.5 mm.

Both have the same spring rate and coil diameter.

Anyone have any other recommendations?

I know I can get springs from Europe but they seem only to sell front and rear together.
