Resetting throttle linkage on UK 280SL R107

Can anyone let me know how to get hold of the relevant pages of a workshop manual for my car which is a UK spec 1980 280SL R107 automatic. I have reassembled the links having found the plastic shackle was missing and need to adjust the settings to give smoother shifts.
