Interior plastic parts

Ive been working with a 3D printing company on getting some affordable plastic parts made. Currently I have visor hinge covers they were reproduced from my 2000 sl500. They are available in black or white (sorry no custom colors). They are $20.00ea left or right made out of abs plastic and reinforced by the screw hole and support arm. They can be painted. If anyone has questions or are interested in ordering PM me. Next we will be working on the visor mirror insert with cover.

The original covers break because the visor mount becomes loose from the body and contacts the trim. Be sure to include instructions that the visor must be firmly attached.

Have you looked at increasing the opening size to reduce the chances of trim breakage happening again?
