Headlight assembly screws
Hello! I recently purchased a 1986 560SL that the previous owner removed the aftermarket Euro headlights from and sent me a pair of standard USA spec lights. The only problem is that the screws (3 or 4?) that mount the assembly to the body are gone, as well as the two that attach the door to the front of the assembly. Does anybody have an idea of the size and type of screw used to attach these to the car? Figured I would ask before a bunch of trial and error.
I have owned several Mercedes now and truly appreciate this forum for all of its wealth of knowledge! Cheers, Fritz

I've got an 85 R107 parts car with USA headlights still in place. Should have all the fasteners you need, and they would fit into a small flat rate USPS box. PM me. Jim
