My customer has an incredible 87 she wants sold

This thing looks showroom condition.

I have maintained it for her over the years, it’s a SoCal car, always garaged, never driven in bad weather, and it shows.

Red on tan leather, sheeps on it always...

She wants 28 for it, but I don’t think a 105K car can get that...

What advice would you offer to get her asking price?

Where is the owner getting the 28 coming from ? Looking on craigslist really clean 50 k mile stuff seems to be 12 or so. ( I'm only indecently coming across these cars. It seems that the better R107 stuff is starting to appear from garages. )

I have been watching Bat Auctions recently. Well maintained 560SLs have been doing well there. I think she could get as high as $18K if there are get records and the condition you outlined.

If it's a 560SL, high teens with those miles.

Needs to have half those miles to be a $28,000 car.
