I think you mean 2003. The 2002 was still the R129, although there were very few made, possibly just the Silver Arrow. The first year of the R230 is 2003.
I wonder if they install an R230 folding top?:p

Hmmmmmmm.........very interesting. However, what would this do to the re-sale value, and what would you call the car??? Also, what would be the CO$$$$$$$$$$T of this conversion?:confused:

Unless I had a fairly thrashed early R129, I wouldn't take a knife to it and do that...

...cheaper to just get the R230!!!;)

I live in the land of expensive MB vehicles- the new SL is completely out of my league - but the conversion isnt !
The conversion is $12500 and takes 10 days - but would probably be better suited to a 500 than my 300 - you need a certain amount of power to back up the visual statement !
