Dear Everyone,
First let me express my appreciation to all who contribute to these great forums - I have been searching for a number of pieces of information about my 450sl over the last few months and have found them all on this site in the last day or so! My question is regarding the Eibach spring kit for the 107 chassis - there seem to be two kits that were produced, one for the 6 cylinder and one for the 8 cylinder. Unfortunately the supplier in Australia is unable to obtain the 8 cylinder version, and states that ??this is a discontinued line. Is this indeed the case, and if so, where would I obtain such springs? In addition, I am unable to source the Bilstein sport shocks - can only get the HD version (sigh), but I'll just have to grin and bear it I suppose.
