Award Winning 1973 450sl
For the first time a few weeks ago I entered my 1973 450sl in the Antique Automobile Club of America Car Show on Long Island. Much to my surprise I came home with a HUGE GREAT TROPHY! There were over 300 cars of all makes and models from the '30's to the 70's there and each was judged on its own merit. Criteria was 25 years or older in original condition. I was so excited win one of these trophies! There weren't many. Does anyone know what a 1973 450sl in SHOW CONDITION is worth? Not that I would sell it, but it would be nice to know!

I don't know what its worth, but it is worthy of one big trophy! Congratulations!!!!!

According to the Collector Car and Truck Market Guide http://www.vmrintl.com/cctm/coll_frame.htm your '73 should be worth about 19,700. I have a '73 450sl w/low miles for sale in the "cars" for sale section. Congrats to you!
