W129 500 SL maintenance manual

Does anyone know where to obtain a maintenance manual for Mercedes 500 SL? I can't find any in paper form or CD.
As a car enthusiast, I am used to trouble shooting and fixing many problems myself, but the lack of a manual or wiring diagram, makes this difficult.

Understandably local Mercedes Benz
service centres are reluctant to give help to someone who is not a customer of theirs.

For other cars I own from other car marques, enthusiasts have
provided comprehensive manuals free over the internet
downloaded from their website. Does anyone know if this is
available for W129 SL cars, or even just a wiring diagram?

http://www.alldatadiy.com/ is the best source Ive found so far. well worth the $24.95 usd.

There is also the Mitchell series manuals on CD available on ebay but I've found these unsatisfactory. (my opinion for what it's worth)
