oil change on a 1990 300SL
I need to change the oil on my moms 300sl. Whats the best oil to use for this engine and is there anything I should look/watch for when changing the oil. Also are there any other maintenence items I should perform while im at it? thanks

Go synthetic. My MB dealer AND my independent MB/Bentley mechanic both told me to switch my SL's to synthetic, so I did. One of the SL's has 120k on it and the switchwent over super smooth.
