Windshield Interior Molding removal?

I'm trying to replace my passenger-side visor, but I can't get the interior top molding off to get to the mounting screws and electrical leads. I found two screws, but something else holds it in place. Anybody have any ideas?

yes, you have to remove the rearview mirror - pull really hard - you won't break it

Thanks kpr.
Thanks to your instruction, I was able to replace my visor and use velcro to hold it in place of the broken clip. That should hold it for now!
