Warehouse manager during the week. Restaurant hood cleaning/service during the weekend/evenings (you wouldn't believe the amount of people who tell me I have a crappy job). DIY Benz mechanic the rest of the time.

I'm Retired

and more busy than I was before retirement. My primary working years consisted of USAF Officer and varying length stints with such companies as Motorola, Allied Signal, Honeywell, McKesson Corp in positions of Senior Engineering Management, Real Estate Management or Excecutive.
Now I substitute at the local HS, teach golf, Township Administrator, Chairman of the golf course advisory board, Mens Bowling Association Secretary, etc, etc. AND enjoy driving my MBs.

Might be unemployed soon. My company was just sold, and we don't know if we'll have a job by the end of the year. Anyone out there with hiring capabilities, let me know, I'll send you a resume. Thanks

What am I?

Growing up I had the choice of any number of destinations in life. I could have been an Outlaw Biker -1st choice, Pornographer - 2nd choice, Airline Pilot - 3nd choice. Instead, I went to school and became an engineer. I now work on construction sites and offices where I have to get up really early and have almost no chance of seeing pretty girls during the day.

That said, I do get to travel to some exotic locals and sample the local wares.

I drive a silver on blue 1980 450sl that looks almost factory fresh and have no plans to get a later model. BTW, the benefit of running old junk is that I am running on collector plates that drop my full coverage insurance to under $400 a year.

Retired merchant ship captain - now maritime school instructor.

Sure pays less, but I go home (in my merc) every night and the bed doesn't rock and roll.

Oh, the wife definitely prefers me at home vs the pay diff.

(And I get to work on my 450 SL and golf game more often...)
