water drains
 

any body have a detailed pictures of the water drains that are on the 450slc 78 everybody talks about them but where are they
i know where the top drains are but where are the under the hood and door drains where do they drain.
have severe water leak both firewalls and can't find anything on a search. are there suppose to be drains in the vent areas next to the blower fan and near the wipers?
i have to hugh holes with rust on both sides but pooring water in them does not seem to cause a leak inseide

Those vents drain out the tubes in the transmission tunnel underneath. These tubes OFTEN get clogged. My 560SL has four drain tubes in the transmission tunnel. I believe the front two are from the hood vents and the rear two are from the A/C evaporator.
