1987 Silver/Burgundy with 4K - help

Hi,

What can I do to make the engine bay as clean as possible? The car hasn't really been driven often (obviously). Rodents lived in the engine bay when it wasn't used for many years. Passed smog last year. It runs fine. An independent Mercedes did a tune up on it and it passed. He also tuned it.

Any good shop/dealer in the San Jose/Santa Cruz area?
