Dimming dash lights

Is it just me or can we not dim our dash and console lights in the 129? I have pushed every button and twisted every knob and nothing does it.

Hmmm...

I thought the knob on the cluster did that, but I can't remember.

Check your owner's manual and find out...

The left hand knob did the trick thanks for the help. By the way I was one of the unlucky ones that did not get an owners manual.

Thats too bad. I read my manual like three times before I found out about all the small bells and whistles there are in this car. Things like using key to put up the windows, window resets ect. If you have any quesitions the people on this board are very helpfull and will get out their manual to lend a helping hand.

I'm sure that I've read (probably here) that you can still purchase Owner's Manuals...but I can't remember from where...sorry! Maybe MB or obviously keep checking eBay.

Feel free to ask any silly question as we've probably all thought or done the same before. Only to happy to help

Happy New Year to you all! A manual would be very nice, I have one on order with MB but it takes 8 week for delivery. In the mean time thanks to everyone here, I have found many answers to my questions searching this board. I am sure I will come up with a few more.
