ASR & ABS Lights
 

Started car for the first time after a long cold winter. ASR and ABS lights stay on, even though the common cause of an ASR light on, sluggish, is not there.
I had to jump the car to start. Did I do something wrong, or can the lights be solved?
Thanks for any comments.

I think if the voltage drops below a certain level, the ABS and ASR lights can illuminate.
