Cold start valve leaking

Warm-up compensator problem

Fuel pressure incorrect

Bad fuel injector(s)

Did any of the plugs look black or sooty?

What year is the car?

The later 380's had an acceleration enrichment device. I would add that to this list of stuff to check, along with the O2 sensor.

Chris, I had similar symptoms and it ended being a clogged inlet filter on the warm up compensator, which also enrichens the mixture on acceleration. The W/U comp sits on the front of the intake manifold with two fuel lines hooked to it. The larger of the two fittings has the filter, with a screen behind it (in the comp) as well. Good luck!
