500SL exterior door panels

Hi...I have a loose exterior door panel (the plastic or rubber part on the bottom of the door) on my 1993 500SL. Anybody know how they are attached and how to tighten them? Thanks...

The door panel is secured at the lower edge by five plastic clips. I would guess some of yours are broken. I'm not sure, but you can probably replace them without removing the door panel, as I recall that the clips engage a slot in the panel and snap into place.
