Thumbs up **Sold** CD Changer and Becker GP Head Unit For Sale!!

I have an OEM Mercedes Benz 6 disk CD Changer w/ magazine (no mounting hardware) and a Becker Head unit from a 1992 500SEL (Both in excellent condition- head unit perfect, with all buttons/lights working and no letters/numbers wearing off). I believe this unit works in all benzes from 1992-1995. The CD changer part number: 002-820-42-89 [model MC3194], and the Becker Head unit number is: Grand Prix BE 1432. Interface "box" included with wiring [part number 002 820 3289.] Last, there is a grey box (part number 001 820 97 89)- I am not sure what this is, but the part was given to me when factory system was taken out of car. I am Asking $310 for everything + shipping... make me an offer- we'll talk. Thanks!! Andre

Are you certain this is a 6 disk unit? Mine ('92 500SEL) is a 10-disk but is in-op......may be interested.

Re:

Yes its a 6 disk changer. The changer was installed in 1997 when I bought the car from Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill. I apologize for not having a digital camera- but the cd changer looks exactly like this one picutred:

Are you sure the stereo unit is a Becker 1432 (volume rocker) and not a Becker 1492 (volume knob)? I thought the 1432 only worked with the 10 disk Silverstone (930?).

Re:

Yup, its a Grand Prix 1432 model with the volume rocker. As I said previously I purchased the car in 97- and paid Cherry Hill MB extra to put a cd player in- I thought I was getting the old 10 disk setup, but they installed the newer 6 disk version. It functions as normal- to play cd's you push the "mode" button.
