WTB 123 p/w switch, SF Bay Area
Hello!
The right side power window switch in my '85 300D died yesterday. Unfortunately, it's not a simple "clean-up-and-reassemble" matter; the contact points inside the switch are actually burned up somewhat, and look to have lost enough material that they don't make contact. So, does anyone have one they want to get rid of? Since my driver's rear window's dead, I originally just swapped plugs so that the driver's rear window switch works the passenger's front window (the switch part that actually died, and actually made miss a class yesterday), but I found that doing so broke the circuit for my instrument lights, so it looks like I need to do it "right". It'd be nice to be able to see my speedo at night.  Does anyone have one that they want to get rid of? I'm not sure what a fair price is on one of these, although $$'s tight...I might have to just visit a junkyard... Thanks in advance!

If it is the same as a 190d
My 1985 300d euro uses the same switch as the 190d it is not a chrome switch I have one if you did not get one yet you can have mine for postage.

Dave, does it look anything like this?
 That's Fastlane's picture of the switch I've got...if yours is the same and works, I'll take it. Heck, depending on what part of San Jose you're in, maybe I could stop by and pick it up after school or somethin'... *l* Thanks! MTU, failing that, I'll be interested...although I have no idea what they're worth used...

not as nice looking
the silkscreening is worn but it looks the same has the same part # on it. I live so far south in south san jose kids go to morgan hill schools. I can drop it in the mail tommorrow if i get your adress tonight and you can owe me the fity cents or so postage

I did not make it to the post office today so I put it in a padded envelope stuck 7 or 8 stamps on it and gave it to the mail man with luck you will have it tomorrow
