I don;t know the diff... check on the forums. it has been discussed!

I received their kit yesterday, and will agree on the quality.

Someone told me on ebay that TYC and DEPO are sister companies..is this true?
Is there a difference really between TYC and DEPO? i mean, they are both made in China.

Actually, the DEPO lamps are made in Taiwan and are of better quality than the TYC's, which may be made in either Taiwan or China. Both are a step below Bosch or Hella in terms of quality.

I want to get those lights since the kit is so complete...
I am getting the euro wipers and trim panels from Phil here at fastlane, I also plan on using chrome tape on the inside to get the very nice effect the Bosch and Hella light have... (I can not afford $650 worth of headlight alone! :) )

the standard 300e/400e/e320/e420 euros by bosch and hella do not have chrome inside. the only version that is chromed inside is the 500e/e500 euros.

As far as quality, I have inspected my depos vs the bosch and hella units, and the only way to tell the difference is the name on the lens. they are just as good quality as the bosch and hella if you ask me.

Thats just my opinion, and I have had my Depo euros for 4 years now with not one issue with them.

I agree, I have Depo's on my 124. They are great, no complaints here.

I have Depo on one side and Bosch on the other. Can't tell the difference.
