WTB: 95 E320 Engine Harness

As the title says I need the wiring harness for the engine. Do not want to spend the money at the dealer and then sell the car a couple of months later. Anybody have one?
It seems as this is a common problem, the dealer says they always stock them as they replace them regularly!

Search the archives here and you'll find plenty of issues. If you do find a harness, please take pains to save the old one. I'd very much like to see one of the dead ones up close and personal.

Thanks. -CTH

I know. The mechanic says he has replaced many of them. It seems since the harness is directly on the cylinder head, it soaks up all the heat and causes the wires to deteriorate. As a result the car misses, runs like crap and throws many codes. Mercedes made a change for the 96 model even though it uses the same basic engine.

I've got one or two fried ones at work. Basically the coating cracks and allows the wiring to make contact with each other, typically on bends at the coil packs and right before sensors.

For the guy that needs one, I can at least get you a new one from the dealer for the wholesale price if you're interested. Can also put it in for you too :D
