What is the reference sensor???? Where is it located and what does it do??

well, on a Diesel engine, the RPM is sensed by a small sensor mounted on a tang next to the crankshaft dampener, just at the 1:00 position on the front of the engine (from the front) it'll have a harness about 3 or 4 feet long..

WTB Injector Line Brackets

I would like to buy injector line brackets, part #312 078 02 85, for an '81 300 SD. I have 2 brackets on the lines now, so I need 10 halves with the screws to mate them to the injector lines. Will the ones off of your parts car work?
