Differential for C230K
Was driving home...Heard a loud boom...Car began to shake and heard what sounded like grinding from the rear. I think I may have isolated it to the differential.
I have put only ~2000 miles on this project car that has a rebuilt title...now I need a differential. It was recommended that I install a used differential and up the ratio to .373. I need to locate a used, fairly new differential....Help? When I lifted the rear, I also noted rubbing on the undercarriage due to the Rojah Forged Spun 18” Racing Wheels and Pirelli PZero NeroTires...to the point where it's rubbing against a hose clamp on the gas line... Steve, can you recommend a parts dealer and/or good mechanic? |
