I'm looking for headlight doors for my '93 400E. The passenger side was busted to pieces by a flying piece of an old tire on the freeway. If anybody has a pair for sale and they are in reasonably good condition then I would probably buy both of them.

Does the 93 have the early or late headlights?

I believe it has the older headlights. My friend has a 1994 W124 and he has the subtle changes that were made to the W124 (grill, smoked tailights, etc.)

I have a set from my wifes' 400E that I replaced because they were pretty chipped up. I would probably sell them real cheap, but for a small investment, you can have a set of new ones, and they really make the front of the car look good again.

Did you check with Phil at fastlane yet? The doors for a 126 are just over $100. Oddly enough, the doors for the 124 are not listed.

Be glad that your surrounds are a lot cheaper than the newer style that I have. (I won't mention that I have better lighting)
