500E staright pipes??? - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

would anyone be interested in straight pipes for the 500E,
would fit from the engine manifold to the rear muffler ,
will fit and bolt in like OEM made other of 304 stainless

550 and the shop will do them ,, made using 304 SS on factory jigs fitment is perfect every time

But what I think I'd really like is Manifold to Cats and Cats to "Y" pipe. How much for a setup like that. It would be easier to ship to than just 2 long pipes

stainless steel cats come with a life time warrenty and are expensive

I'm talking about 3 pipes.
2 From the manny to the cats. Cats remain as is
and then a "Y" pipe to the Muffler

jim the shop is local to me and doesnt want to be named because of the no cat law , straight pipe systems are for racing only now in CT ,

i cant sell bits and pieces of the exhuast sorry , just the whole systems minus th rear muffler ) because fitment is crucial and the only way to make it right is on the Mercedes jigs
