What is this part called and how can I find one?
I'm not sure if all models came with this part that lies under the center arm rest, but I believe it contains cup holders and would look great in my car. I've been searching for one for some time. My 86 300e is the same color interior as this car in the photo I found. thanks

this is the centre 'oddments' box that came on passenger-airbag equipped cars after '91, to replace the glovebox as there was no room for it.
Alas, there are no cupholders on the 124 though you can make your own or get door-mounted ones from the dealership. You can probably get hold of the box from somewhere like performance products or they come up on ebay from time to time, or of course from your friendly neighbourhood MB dealer for about a zillion dollars
