85 16v , with two engines

I have a Euro and an American spec engine that I will part with. I also have the body that the Euro engine came from. The body has slight damage to the front right quarterpanel, but can be fixed easily. The Euro(85) engine is apart, and needs a new bearing and the crank may have to be machined. I have yet to take apart the American(87) engine to find out what is wrong with it. I suspect a broken rod. Make offer. I would prefer to sell everything at once, but will consider parting out.

Yes, the entire a/c system is intact. The seats are leather, and in good shape. The center console of a European spec 16v is different from its American counterpart (a lot cooler looking) so if you are inquiring about the a/c controls they won't work for an 86 16v. Actually, I have never taken apart the console of the 85 to see if the pushbutton control boxes are the same, but I doubt they are. The a/c compressor was purchased new a year ago (VERY EXPENSIVE- as you may already know).
When you say you have an 86 Euro, are you sure. The only Euro model 16vs that I know made it over are 84s and 85s. 86 and 87 16vs are usually American spec with very different engines. Different as 185hp to 167hp, the later being for an American spec 16v. Be sure you have a true "Euro Spec" 86 16v. One obvious clue are the headlights, assuming they are original. The 86 16vs came with what I would decsribe as dissected headlamps. The fog and main headlights are separated by a silver/gray enclosure, and the fogs are an ugly yellow. In an attempt to look like the Euros, 87s were outfitted with a better looking headlight, but nothing looks better on a 16v than Euro one peice headlights.
There are other defining attributes that any mechanic,dealer, or person who knows about 16vs can show you.

I might be interested at the right price...If you have any info on miles on the American version or modification ( hopefully none ) that you could post that would be great. In specific...I am looking for parts to the air intake system.
