W123 manual trans conversion kit $700
Found an '81 240D 4 speed car here in Cincinnati-too rusty to fix, but good for parts-will buy it if somebody wants to spend $700 for everything to put a manual trans in their W123, would pull and ship EVERYTHING you would need. Email or call (513)948-0211. Thanks, Mark

Wow ~ that would be very nice for my '78 -123 300CD Coupe......
Too bad it's so far away and I'm to busy to change it over anyway .

Parts ?
So Andrew ;
Do you have some Coupe parts? I need door parts , maybe buy some old doors or whatever.... I need trim and small parts plus the window tracks , map pockes (Tobacco brown , ame asW-123 Sedans) . Driver's seat that only needs a cover would be nice .
