15" Bundts on Ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercedes-123-107-126-108-RARE-Set-15-Bundt-Wheels-w123_W0QQitemZ8019005455QQcategoryZ43955QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I'd love these on my 6.9, but a little too much for my wallet. I'm still keeping faith that I'll come across a set at the local pick-n-pull for $20 each..... |

I believe the 15" ones only came to the US on 500SL and 560SL cars from the mid- or late-80s..... And perhaps a couple of Euro models.... If there is someone here with more MB-history expertise than I please correct me if I'm wrong.... There were also a couple of aftermarket companies that briefly produced copies of them, but they didn't make very many. Thus the rarity and much higher $$$ value. Mike

I found one in the yards here and spent like 5 hours sanding and painting. The cheapo local tire guy F(*&ed the center up taking the tire off it. Boy was I pissed off. Never seen another one.

Recently I bought a cheap parts/project 350SLC to complement my 280SLC. I was overseas at the time of delivery and had bought the car unseen from an auction internet site here in NZ. Imagine my surprise (and delight) when I found that it had a full set of excellent condition 15" bundts on it!!! Needless to say, they are now on my 280SLC and they look FANTASTIC. The difference is amazing for such a seemingly little change in dimension. The car suddenly looks a lot lighter and is visually much better balanced. It's nice to know that if the money gets tight I can sell then off for a hell of a lot more than I paid for them - which was basically nothing...!
