Hi,
I believ it will fit. 1994 E320, stock rim is 17" and 7.5 inch wide ET-37, tire size 215/45/17, bolt pattern 5x112.

My rim is 15", 5x112 bolt pattern, ET-49. (49-37=12). So the rim will be 12 mm inwards. That's very mirginal and should clear brake calipers. because my rim is I believe 6" wide so should fit without any problem. I have installed 17" rim with ET-37 without any rubbing issue in my 190E 1990.

Tire size are almost same your stock 215/45/17 diameter=24.62". I have 185/65/15 total tire diameter=24.47".

Thanks

$300 for the set - sounds like a great deal !

Just like to point out that 1994 E320 stock rim is 6.5J x 15, offset 44mm, tire 195/65/15. The optional sportline model rim is 7J x 15, offset 41mm, tire 205/60/15.
