Looking for somthing in the $500 range

I have a good long block from a 1985 190E. I removed this from a wrecked car that was quite nice prior to the accident. The engine is in "as removed" condition, minus some fuel injection parts and other extras (a/c, alternator, etc.). If memory serves me right, the car had 170,xxx miles on it.

Engine is in the Raleigh, NC area. $200 if you would like to come and get it.

Did you find your engine..........by chance do you have a spare exhaust manifold?

i have the engine from 86 190E 2.3 that has only 500 miles since it has been professionaly rebuilt by local dealer.
You can have it for $850 but you'll have to take the whole car and take the engine out.
