I have a W110 200D that needs a motor. Anybody have a good running motor???

I have a 1973 220D engine with 148k miles on it less than ten miles on a valve job and a brand new water pump but it has a broken ring. It could come with a 4 speed that is supossed to have a new clutch I am pulling the engine and transmission next weekend the machine work and new valves on the head was close to $400 What part of the country are you in? I belive it will fit your car I will double check though
