Parts FS 240 Manual transmission

I have Access to an 81 240d with a manual transmission. I bought the engine.
It is white has palamino interior. the door panels are very nice seat covers are good as they were covered with skins.
I am willing to take off parts. All glass is good. Front fenders and hood are bad as is drivers door.
I would be willing to strip the 4 speed and all parts for a conversion if some one wants
make me an offer.

I also have some parts off of the other motor like the injection pump
